Don’t give criminals a chance – undermining at Schiphol Airport

All over the Netherlands, the underworld tries to exploit the upper world. Schiphol, as an international gateway, is also an attractive place for criminals.

To prevent and tackle crime, various parties have joined forces. Together, they are working on an extensive training program to raise awareness among employees and improve internal business processes.

As part of this program, Splintt has developed an online training course in collaboration with Slem Design Studio. In this program, employees are shown compelling examples of the risks and consequences of undermining and how to deal with them. There is a general training suitable for all tens of thousands of employees at Schiphol, and a training specifically tailored for managers.

In the eLearning, we follow the story of Dries, who gets caught up in an undermining situation, through a series of short videos. This way, we bring the topic into the world of experience of all people in the target group.”
